Sceptre has released three new LED-Lit monitors to market few weeks back. The new 22-Inch, 24-Inch and 27-Inch monitors sport identical specification except screen size. Though the company has priced these models very competitively, these LED-Lit monitors come with high-end specification and tons of useful features. We got a chance to review the 27-Inch model (E275W – 1920 V1), explore its features, and test its performance. Here is our Sceptre E275W Review to help you decide whether this model worth its price tag.

Key Features:
Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL) tested and compatible with Windows 8. Incredible Dynamic contract ratio of 5,000,000 : 1 and 5ms response time. Maximum display resolution of HD 1920 x 1080 pixels. The model sports future ready connectivity options including HDMI, VGA and DVI inputs. The E275W model is VESA wall mount ready and looks stunning on wall. Comes with built-in speakers.

The HD monitor has maximum display resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and top-notch contract ratio. HD videos and images look crisp and vivid on this wide monitor. We should mention this; even few SD videos too looked sharp and crisp on this HD monitor. The monitor almost gave us an impression that we are testing a premium brand. Display quality of this model is outstanding compared to other cheap LED-Lit monitors available in market today. We did not observe much glare or distracting reflections on the screen, though it is not anti-glare coated.

Sceptre E275W Review
The new Sceptre E275W – 1920 V1 is power packed with features. One of the highlight on this model is wall-mount design. The monitor looks more attractive on wall rather placed on desk. However, the stand also designed to imitate premium quality monitors. The monitor also provides complete range of connectivity options including HDMI, VGA and DVI, that allows simple and easy connectivity with computer, gaming console, home theater systems and other AV devices. The monitor is rigorously tested and WHQL certified to ensure full compatibility with Microsoft applications.

Overall, the new Sceptre E275W offers tons of useful features to beat the competition from many other low cost monitors. Display quality, design and built-quality of the monitor is up to the mark and more than what we normally expect from monitors at this price range. We recommend this model for someone who look for useful features, performance and durability at a low budget, and does not worry much about the brand name.
